Regularly maintained by a team of administrators who manage the content, the portal should create a growing space for limitless, transparent and interesting communications. The administrators describe the portal as very promising as it will make communications with dealers so much easier.
The approx. 30 dealers of Neuenhauser Umwelttechnik will receive their personal access to the portal. They can then conveniently filter the available information and save it as necessary.
The path to digitalisation is being taken under the umbrella of Neuenhauser Group and its subsidiary I.T.Out GmbH, who managed the development and implementation of the dealer portal. Thanks to this joint in-house concept, the project was able to be implemented in a short period of time. The responsible developers are already looking into upgrading the system in order to integrate training videos and webinars.
